What's your foolproof hummus recipe?

Mine never turns out like shop bought.

Do you use the food processor or the blender for it?

i don't make it, i go to the shop, buy a pot of it and then decant it into my own bowl, and pop some coriander on top.

I haven't made it for a while, but from memory it needs more lemon juice and salt (and maybe more garlic) than you think.
