little one won't eat veg or fruit. . he is still having trouble using a fork or spoon and wont accept help. he'll just won't touch anymore if I try to help and paddy. he just can't seem to get certain things to stay on lol. and he wont eat with his hands (he hates getting dirty). so im stuck with the same finger foods, chicken nuggets, sausages etc. . any advice?

How old is he? Will he eat pancake? Grate/chop up carrots/courgette/beans/leeks/mushrooms, cook (or not), mix in pancake batter, cook. Eat it with fingers, eat it with fork - whatever. Dip in ketchup/mayonnaise if you must. Dip in chilli sauce for grown-ups. Smile

Fruits also work in pancakes.

I'd just serve the food and let him get on with it. He will eat if he's hungry Smile

Have you read My Child Won't Eat by Carlos Gonzalez?
