I love quiche but never made one by myself before. I would normally make everything from scratch but given that a roll of shortcrust pastry was going for 15p tonight I grabbed it and need help turning it into a lovely quiche. I don't like cheese but realise alot of quiche has it in and that's ok as long as it's not the main flavour like in a cheese and tomato quiche for instance. I have had quiche lorraine and a chicken quiche before both which i liked. Fool proof recipe required.
