can you roast a frozen gammon joint?

Hi all quick question. I forgot to take gammon joint out the freezer last night. Can I roast it from frozen. If so what temp in fan oven and how long for?

I cook food from frozen if I forget to defrost it so if I wanted to roast a gammon joint that was frozen I would just go ahead and do it. I'd put the oven up high to start with to get it going, mayb at 250C, then maybe turn it down to 200C or so. I don't know how long, you'll just have to keep an eye on it.

I've suck one in the slow cooker with some cola. Was delish.
