Rice paper rolls - would they keep for a packed lunch?

Exactly that really, will have leftover roast chicken and thought it would be a great tea for the kids to dip their paper and make their own rolls but just realised that we have to have a packed tea tomorrow. If I make them during the day will they keep?

I don't see why not - I often make them in advance and keep them in the fridge. I would put a cool pack in though.
