Really nice way to cook chicken, my kids love this and its so juicy.

I don't really know what to say - how do you fit it in the oven?

just have one rack and put it low enough to fit chicken in. I usually rub the outside of the chicken with seasoning too and it come out like rotisserie chicken, crispy skin and succulent meat.
