Oat and raisin cookies?

Hi first post in this forum! Just wondering if anyone has a good recipe for oat and raisin cookies. You know the sort you can buy in supermarket bakeries that are kind of soft and fudgy in the middle? Off on a self catering holiday next week and would like to take some supplies!!

Made the ones in the hummingbird bakery book this week and were nice.

270g unsalted butter
160g caster sugar
160g soft brown sugar
2 eggs (medium)
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
380g plain flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon bio carbonate of soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
110g rolled oats
220g raisins

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and then vanilla. Sift flour with salt, bicarbonate and cinnamon in a separate bowl. Add oats and mix well. Add to butter mix and beat. Stir in raisins.
Bake for 12 minutes at 170 (gas 3) though found mine needed 20 minutes.
Makes about 20.
Enjoy Smile

Thanks Essexgirl will give them a go. How much mix did you use for each cookie?

A heaped tablespoons worth was out right but they were different sizes but tastes good
