I, umm, [whispers] actually quite liked her last book, Notes From My Kitchen Table. Before I splash out on the new one, has anyone got it? Are the recipes actually practical? Would I have to be ordering zillions of obscure ingredients from the internet and spending £150 a week on food?
My elder daughter has a weight problem, despite being active and my being as swotty as I know how with feeding her. So I need to go a step further and start reducing the carbs a bit more. Also DH is on a diet, so if I can help them both by turning into Gwyneth it would be great. Are there any other good cook books around with really healthy low-ish carb recipes?
