Cupcake decorator

Hi,
I am organising my son'd birthday party and looking for a cup cake decorator to hold a workshop for around 10 adults. Can any one suggest someone who is not very expensive? Most of them I have come across are quite expensive ones.

Thanks
Geetika

Can you not just buy some sprinkles, sweets, make up a load of icing and let them get on with it?

However www.minimixers.co.uk/ the north east mini mixers woman is excellent

How old is your son? Why are you running a workshop for adults at a child's birthday party? If it's children making the cakes, I agree with Pottering

Sorry, completely misread that!

Why are you doing it for adults?

You could contact your local cake supply shop, who may do courses themselves or know of someone who does.

And can you tell us roughly where you are and what your budget is?

Thanks everyone for your reply. We are based in London, E14 3UH (Isle of Docks).
It's for adults as we don't have friends who have kids yet. And we don't want to call strangers but organise with close friends.
Thanks PotteringAlong for the contact.

PotteringAlong . Thanks for your idea. I think it'll be fun if we just offer people to make things while chat. Do you think we can buy readymade icing? Or do we need to make it ourselves? But don't we need icing kits more then 1 for 6 people?
