I'm obsessed with wheat berries.

Had them on salad, then made this for DD and ended up eating a lot of them

What else can I make please?

I'd just use them like any grain like farro or giant couscous or barley. I think they're lovely mixed with feta, walnuts, olives, basil and red onions which you've sliced and soaked in a little balsamic vinegar. You can add them to chilli to bulk out too.

The one thing I do know for sure about wheat berries is they take more salt than you expect to bring the taste up, and you can cook plain ahead of time and they keep very well for a long time in the fridge and freezer.

This recipe also looks pretty interesting - wouldn't have thought of mixing with fruit and yoghurt and having for breakfast.
