is there an easy way to make fishfinger type things or am i best just buying some?

All you need is fish fillets, a beaten egg in a bowl and some dry breadcrumbs in a bowl. Cut fish into fish finger size slices, dip in beaten egg, dip in breadcrumbs and then fry in oil. If you want to bake or grill you'll need to sprinkle some oil on them.

Def just buy some.They are made with 100% fish not mush.
Had a go at making chicken nuggets once. What a pavala and not as good as frozen ones.

thanks. how long do they need to cook for?

I have bought some but am dubious about giving them to dd coz of the salt content, i'm terrible for checking labels now

i am also v paranoid about salt content of food
