Have just dragged out my Ben & Jerry's recipe book and ice cream maker but stuck already, I can't remember what the following are in 'English';

bittersweet chocolate (think this is plain?)
semi sweet chocolate
unsweetened chocolate

Help!

Does \link{http://www.bath.ac.uk/~mn2hjy/varieties.htm\this} help?

no not really but thank you.

I know that either semi sweet or unsweetened isn't made in the UK but the one that is I think is milk, just need to know which.

Also I think there was a very high quality that was a good substitute for the chocolate that isn't made here.

Trust me to forget!

Can't get unsweetened here. None of these is milk, I don't think. I'd say bittersweet and semi are both like plain.
