I'm thinking 12 eggs and 600ml cream, but I really have no idea. It's about 5cm deep. I'm also wondering if the whole thing will just collapse on serving.

37cm ??? Why, that is huge? Who makes that?

Yes huge.It is Worcester 'Evesham' pattern. That's why I'm worried about it from the engineering aspect. If it works it'll be fab for family parties. If it doesn't it's going on ebay.

If it is china, you will definitely need to blind bake well.

Just working on "Pie R squared", you will need 1.75 x the mix you would use for an 11 inch (28cm) quiche, or 2.5 x the mix for a 9 inch (23cm) quiche.

Good luck!

OK so maybe 12 eggs is too much! I'll try 8 eggs and 2 pots of cream (330ml). Thanks 4merly
