Food mixer recommendations please :-)

Dearest baking buds, I need a food mixer, any recommendations?!? Kitchenaids are pretty but stupid expensive, any other suggestions pretty pleas?

Hi bunny, i too thought of the kitchenaid and yes as much as its pretty to look at i did some digging to find out what its really like, some liked it, some didnt, so a month ago i bought the KW premier in white, as much as i love it, there is another one with a bigger bowl , wish i's bought that instead.but very happy with it.
