Question about frozen prawns

I I defrost some cooked frozen prawns (on a plate at room temp for a few hours as deceived by the packet) do I have to cook them before eating or can they be eaten cold?

You can use them as soon as they are defrosted because they have already been cooked. If you cook them again they will more than likely go rubbery.
