Can I freeze home made pate?

Help please. Have just made Delia's yummy chicken liver pate. DH bought two packs of frozen chicken livers and didn't put them in the freezer so I made double quantity and split it. Can I put one in the freezer, or, if not, how long would it last in the fridge? Thanks.

Yes

I put it into ice cube trays and then you only need to defrost what you need.

Sorry, in mad panic forgot to put this on my watch list, wasn't ignoring responses Blush. Great idea about ice cube trays ladyS - I did freeze it in the end. It was just chicken livers, butter and brandy with some seasoning so I don't think it can do it any harm.
