My mum used to mince it ( you could chop it or stick in a food processor) & put in shepherds pie. Yummy.

Jalfrezi. Sorry don't have exact recipe but mustard seeds, onion, green pepper, some of those thin seedy heed chillies, turmeric. Mad hour Jaffrey's is lovely and takes minutes.

Green chillies. No idea what heed chillies are

Lamb almond and apricot pilaf
Cornish pasties
If it's leg and not fatty, thinly sliced and served with pickles and sauted potatoes.
