Kenwood bread maker - help!

I've got my kenwood BM250 out of the cupboard after approximately 6 years hibernation! I've put the ingredients in, including 500g of flour.
I selected program 1 (basic bread) and weight = 500g.

1. is this program going to start beeping at me in the middle of the night for more ingredients?
2. is it a 500g loaf just 'cos it's got 500g flour in it?
