Either :)

Or sometimes cocoa.

FrannyandZooey · 27/05/2006 12:53

Cooking chocolate or very dark chocolate. Ordinary galaxy type would be sickly sweet and blah.

SoupDragon · 27/05/2006 12:53

Cooking chocolate is just cheap choc. I dont bother with it.

BadHair · 27/05/2006 12:54

Cooking chocolate is horrible - really greasy. Use proper choc - dark if it's for grown ups and milk for kids.
I use supermarket own brand, Tescos do a bar for 50p that's fine for cakes.

redbull · 27/05/2006 12:54

so maybe bournville chocolate???????????????
