Just had our fish box delivered...

And now I'm looking for some inspiration! We've got some salmon, cod and some plaice. I'm good at salmon and know loads of good recipes for that but I'm a bit stuck on how to make cod exciting, no idea what to do with the plaice.

Does anyone have any good recipe ideas? We're not very fussy and will eat most things. Cheers :)

Plaice whiz beadcrumbs; parsley, parmesan, s&p, melted butter. Spread over fish and bake

Cod an d red pepper kebabs are lovely with a green salad at this time of year. Marinate your cubed cod for a few hours, in spices of your choosing- I use oil, sweet paprika, cayenne, and black pepper, then thread onto skewers and grill.

Ahh brill, haven't had a fish curry in years, might have to do that! Any other ideas for the plaice?

Wartime get googling, I bet there's somewhere that does a fish box near you. I love fresh fish but no fishmonger near us and no way am I going to the quayside at silly o'clock in the morning for it!
