Pork fillet.

Planning to do a pan fried pork fillet, need inspiration for side dishes etc. Hot weather type side dishes that are filling enough for men, ahem, and not too adventurous so children will eat them as well.

I do a one pot dish with pork fillet that has red onion, butternut squash, parsnip and a little apple roasted with it.

I do pork fillet seared in the pan, add butter beans, creme fraiche and chives. Serve with rice and green veg. Its a ww recipie but I just give DH more meat and rice.
