Quick question about halloumi

How long do I need to fry halloumi slices for? Thanks

Until it starts to go a golden colour on one side. About a minute or so. Medium heat, little bit of oil. I cut them about half a centimetre thick at least.

Thin ones just go to bits in the pan

And then turn a f do other side obviously

I grill them and it seems to work ok. I turn them once they go golden.
