We've got a big family birthday this week and with it being so nice we're going to BBQ - only thing is I already rolled out my good recipes for a BBQ this weekend so I need some new ones - please come and tell me your best BBQ solutions

Butterflied leg of lamb is the best ever. Not the cheapest of course.

Aubergine marinated in garlicky olive oil. Although poster above is right butterflied lamb is wonderful

Sorry i came on here all enthusiastic but since we moved house 18 months ago we havent had many bbqs and i cant remember (dh dosent like the patio here)
