Baking the peelings from your potatoes...THANKS!

They were delicious. I will never waste potato peelings again! maybe just the potatoes after I've peeled them to make these!

Peel potatoes, toss peelings in a bit of oil, salt, pepper or any other flavouring you fancy, spread on a baking tray and bake until crispy.

We ate them all before tucking into our sausage and mash they were so nice Blush bet they're also nice cold as well.

Sort of...or really thin wedges but not wedge shaped!
