By baking it for an hour with the grill on instead of the oven.

The top is burnt and the middle is raw.

Could you perhaps scrape off the top and make little muffin things?

Cover it with foil and bake at a lower temp than you usually would and it may be ok. You could cover it with loads of custard mmm...

Ok, have sliced off the top, covered with foil and put it back in the oven. Now I've had to switch the oven off again so I can put the DC to bed! Will try to salvage it later.
