Light salad for BBQ?

We will have lots of meat and I am doing a big pile of jacket potatoes but I want to do a simplish but tasty salad to go with it. Any ideas?

My fav salad is edamame beans (birds eye frozen), feta cheese crumbles, red onion and mint. Just cook the beans in microwave. Add the cheese, chop onion finely. Mix with 1 part white wine vinegar to 2 parts olive oil and add pepper. All to be chilled in freezer for a few mins.

It's very filling and good for veggies.

Greek salad perhaps? I do toms, cucumber, pepper, feta, olives and red onion and make a lemon and olive oil dressing. If you soak the onion in lemon juice for a bit it really tones it down.
