I've been baking some lovely cheese and spinach muffins for my little boy whose been wolfing them down. Looking for some other combinations to try (for him and all the family). Would love any recommendations?

Courgette and parmesan (our fave)
Walnut and Cheddar
Cheddar and apple
Pear and gorgonzola
Beetroot and dark chocolate (I like ginger or horseradish)
Carrot and orange
Pesto and pine nuts
Olives and sun dried tomatoes
Sage and onion maybe add apple or apricot, a tiny bit of sausage meat?

You could also mix in seeds like flax, sesame, pumpkin, and use bran, polenta and oatmeal.

Recipe please?

Feta, pea & mint go down well here and we also like one with grated carrot, apple and parsnip with added raisins and orange zest - they're quite sweet but still full of veg. Tbh though I normally just chuck in whatever I've got in the fridge. We like cheese, sweetcorn and bacon, or red pepper and spinach too.

I'll trying the pear and gorgonzola suggested ^^ up there, more for me than Ds.

Courgette and cheddar cheese, with a cherry tomato in the middle of each before cooking.

Totally different recipe, but 4oz grated sweet potato, 4oz grated courgette, both blanched for 2 mins and drained, mixed with 4oz grated cheddar, 3oz brown (granary is my fav) breadcrumbs and 2 tbsp oil. 15 mins at 180.
