Is salmon cooked when it goes more pink- never cooked it before

How do you know when it is cooked, it is salmon shaves or bits rather than a steak ort chunks

It goes a paler pink colour.

It goes a lighter, more opaque colour, less orangy iyswim.

If it's nice and fresh it shouldn't do you any harm if you accidentally don't cook it right through. Sushi Smile

another reson why i dont like salmon is that i just found a huge blue bit of plastic in it, i thought it was skin but oh no it isnt.
