Easy lunch for guests - no egg!

My parents and siblings are visiting tomorrow and staying, arriving around lunch so I said we would make a simple lunch if they wanted, said breads/ cheese/ quiche etc which they said great to

But then I remembered that 2 can't eat egg so quiche is out of the question. I was planning on getting some quiche and bread and cheese from the local deli in the morning as they are great, but now not sure what I can get instead.

It needs to be easy as myself and dh need to work from home tmz am a bit, and guests arrive around 1pm, but we all have tickets to theatre at 3pm so nothing that takes too long to eat/ clear up. We are all going out in the eve to a restaurant so lunch can be simple

So...after an essay... What can I try and grab easy tomorrow? Have supermarkets and a few delis nearby. To go with a salad/ bread/ cheese etc... Or can we just for that without seeming rude!

ready roasted chicken with the Leon superfood salad - quinoa / feta / pumpkin seed / mint/ cucumber etc and maybe some roasted sweet potato on the side. I'll drop by if there's any spare...

Cold meats and pickles
Smoked salmon or trout
Warm smoked mackerel
Roasted chicken
Pâté
Ploughmans style with pork pie and cheese

You could boil a few new potatoes or make a potato salad if you are having a late meal in the evening.

I'd go for sliced (by deli man obv, not sweaty packs) manchego and Serrano ham.
