Quick bakes

I'm mulling over the idea of starting a baking club at school, it would be during the lunch period, so we would have access to the kitchens for 45 mins tops (this includes clearing up time).

So far my list of possibilities is:
Cookies
Scones
Meringues (Obviously the cooking time on these is really long, but we could nip back in at break time to get them out of the oven)
Flapjacks

Any other ideas? The children are aged 11 to 14 if that makes any difference.

Chocolate brownies (18 mins in the oven)
Not sure it meets the baking requirement, but mini pizzas?
Decorating some pre bought fairy cakes (or make the cakes one week, freeze and decorate the following week?)
Soda bread???
Muffins - sweet and savoury
Shortbread biscuit like things ( as opposed to cookies)
Cheese crackers?
Savoury and sweet pinwheel type biscuits

Will keep thinking!

I made these today and they were really quick and really nice, www.mumsnet.com/Recipes/i/2667-Melting-moments. It made lots though so maybe halve the ingredients? This is also really quick and easy, www.nigella.com/recipes/view/malteser-traybake-393
