There is a similar thread in the Cakes/Bakes section. I suggested these coconut and oat bites- not flapjack but without refined sugar and relatively healthier than standard flapjack type biscuits....

These are fab! DS has been devouring them as if his life depended on it.

this is yummy and also easy for little ones to help make too.

We've also made them with other fillings like banana and blueberries, tinned peaches, pears etc etc and it works brilliantly.
