Could anyone share with me their tried and tested moussaka recipe please?
Hoping to do a Turkish themed dinner for friends at the weekend so any ideas for starter/pudding would be welcomed too.

I don't have a recipe - the one time I made it I eflt it was too much effort for too little flavour. but isn't moussaka greek? Not turkish?

I've definetly eaten it in a Turkish restaurant!
Still want to give it a go a home though.
