How do u make Chicken keiv?

for tonights tea, just wondering how do u guys make your kiev's (never done it b4 )

put the chicken in a bag, and flatten it, stuff garlic butter and herbs in it, fold the chicken over, secure with cocktail sticks. Roll in flour then breadcrumbs and then bake at 180 for 40 mins or til cooked. I keep meanign to make it then changing my mind, ended up with paella last night instead.

lol, haven't got any coctail sticks can u do it without?
