I bought a few packs of Okra last week with the aim of making a big curry with it - but things overtook and I didn't get round to making it.
The okra was best before 10th May
I've just washed it and topped and tailed it ready to cook. The tops of some of the Okra had this whiteish grey furry mould, which I cut off, and the pods are all blemished with black marks.
Do you reckon it would be safe to use? Really don't want to waste food/money - kicking myself for not being more organised...
