Quiche Recipe

Does anyone have a recipe for a quiche? It needs to be large and fail safe and appealing to children.

Having recently moaned on here about my utter failure with quiche, a number of kind MNers recommended Delia's quiche as a fool-proof method.

My DS loves traditional quiche lorraine (bacon & egg).
