Just found that Basa fillets from Morrisons that cost £2 a bag from the frozen aisle makes a lovely weekday fish pie . Enough for four .
And the best bit is it is cooked from frozen re instructions .
So laid it out with some mushrooms and spring onions and topped with mash . Put some grated cheese on at the last ten minutes .
Lovely white fish that is not strong and tasty with a parsley,butter sauce ..whatever sauce actually .
