Reheating bolognese

Can you reheat bolognese / mince safely and if so, how many times?!

if you have cooked in from freah and refrigerated it after?

if so then either in microwave or oven, 190ish for 20ish mins (til piping hot!)

I do this all the time. As long as it is cooked from fresh and refridgerated. Would only reheat it once, so dish the amount required and heat put the rest back to use another day. TBH I often find it tastes nicer the next day.

should only reheat once when cooked .. but tbh I've done it 3 times (poss 4)
