Dulce de Leche with Lucuma

I've been given a jar of this. It sounds lovely but I'm not sure how to use it. The jar suggests putting it on ice cream, pancakes etc, but I wonder if there are recipes I can use it with? Has anyone used it?

Never used Lucuma before but dulce de leche makes brilliant banoffi pie. My DC also sometimes beg for it in banana milkshakes.

You could use puff pastry and toasted pecans to make a caramel pecan roll.

You could use it on toast, ice cream, to top a sponge cake or with sponge fingers.

Make a chocolate sauce by melting 100g plain chocolate, scalding 300ml of milk with 2tbsp of creme fraiche, combining both and adding 15g sugar and 10g of butter and then boiling.

Add this to the dulche de leche in equal quantities by weight and pour into baked pastry case.

Result - chocolate caramel tart.

Left overs can be used to add to ice cream to make sundaes.

Spread it on a crumpet and top with sliced strawberries. Filling for crepes....or eat by the spoonful.
