Sandwiches for 18 month old

Any ideas for sandwiches for my 18mth old son who loves to eat them but I have only one recipe which consists of cheese and marmite in any permutation! He must be getting sick of them soon

tuna mayo with grated carrot
egg mayo
houmous with grated carrot
cream cheese
chicken mayo and sweetcorn

I can't think of anything that an 18mo can't eat, so it just depends what he likes.

Egg mayo
Tuna mayo
Soft cheese and dried apricots
Peanut butter and banana
Soft cheese and ham
Home made fruit bread with soft cheese
Hummus and grated carrots
