simple gluten free picnic ideas

hi im making a simple picnic for friday and i need ideas for gluten free stuff for one person there. many thanks!

Rice salad
Gluten free pasta salad
Hard boiled eggs
Vegetable crudités & dips
Fruit salad
Jelly

Coronation chicken
Smoked salmon

Smoked salmon spread with cream cheese and rolled up, then frozen/ part frozen so you can slice it into little pinwheels.

Stuffed tomatos. I do cherry tomatos with a blob of pesto then further filled with grated cheese.

Crisps

Satay sticks

Quinoa salad with pine nuts, sunblush tomatoes and basil.

Homous with crudités and crisps or rice biscuits.

Sushi

Gluten free rolls with whatever you would put in sandwiches.
