Hi there,
I've found a love recipe for pork shoulder in the slow cooker. want to try it tomorrow.
Do I remove the fat from the pork before cooking? I should think it doesn't cook down very nice? anyone experienced in pork slow cooker recipes?Wink

Not pork shoulder, but a ham joint, I remove the fat, it goes all wibbly and yuk.

I take it off because it falls off anyway and goes yucky.
