Ice Lolly Moulds

Really dull question! I bought some icelolly moulds off ebay. Tried them with cheapo juice from morrisons. The sticks pulled cleanly away after they'd frozen in the freezer- DS then had to eat ice lolly out of a bowl.

What did I do wrong? Any professional ice lolly makers?

You took them out too soon....they need to be left overnight really. Plus pure juice is stickier and I've noticed that this makes it more likely that the stick comes out. I would try adding a splash of water and leaving them longer.

You might try running warm water over the mould to loosen them.

Yep what they said. They can look frozen but if the stick comes out, stick it back in and leave it longer to freeze properly.

Second round much better! This time with angel delight! Yum yum!
