Why do my cherries always sink to the bottom of the loaf cake and how do you keep yours 'afloat'?

If using glace cherries, you need to wash the syrup off them first and then pat them dry with kitchen towel (well that's what my WI book says and it worked for me!)

mrsdinklage · 24/04/2013 09:55

just dip them in icing sugar Smile

I wash syrup off first, dry them, then dust in flour.
