Saucisson aux noix from Lidl

Lidl have their lovely French range in again and I've bought the saucisson aux noix again. Need some inspiration though. Last tine I just ate it with bread and salad.

What is it? Cheese? Ham? Do tell! Not seen it!

It's like a salami with walnuts in it and tonnes of garlic

Sounds a bit odd but is seriously delicious.

Will look out for it tomotrro!

Olives and cheese? Sounds lush am going to get some if our Lidl have it?

Is it the one about 3cm in diameter? Remove the outer skin, and slice thinly. Eat with olives and a pastis or chilled muscat before a meal.
