pork mince in a bowl (about 200g)
add
chopped onion
chopped coriander
handfull of breadcrumbs (I used bought)
dash of chilli
beaten egg
mush together and make balls, coat in a bit of flour and fry until cooked through.
instead of coriander and chilli, could use cinnamon and grated apple.
These are the two I've tried so far. Sorry, no amounts, I'm guessing on the amount of mince:egg, but it doesn't want to be too soggy so add more breadcrumbs if it seems a bit soggy.
