Tinned chopped plum tomatoes

Do these exist? All the chopped tomatoes I can find are very coy about the variety they contain, so I suspect they're not plum...

Yep, I buy 'em. Ocado have their own.

aren't the chopped ones the same as the plum tomatoes in a tin - just a chopped up version?

Oh, hmm, sorry, they're not chopped! You can squish them with your hands like Jamie Oliver though, t'is very satisfying.

I think when you use plum tomatoes they are much nicer so I just stick those in my spag Bol or whatever and chop with the spoon.

I find that you get the nicest sauces when you have whole toms, cook them for half an hour or so and then break them up

Get a tin of plum tomatoes, clean pair of scissors into the tin... Snip snip snip... Chopped plum tomatoes!
