I have inherited from a house move 2 huge jars of Artichoke hearts in oil.
Ok I have put a few on puzza nad in pasta but need osme recipes that can use up more than 2/3 at a time.
They are out of date but I am flexible on that as they are covered in oil and cost a small fortune.

Just nibble them. They're delicious. You're very lucky!

Quinoa with Artichoke and Chickpeas, on brushetta, with pasta, in a salad, with spinach in filo pastry, with hallumi and broad beans, soup. On there own with crusty bread and olive oil. Lucky you.

I had some in my salad to day for lunch - they are a great addition to chunky type salads such as spinach leaves, chopped cucumber and tomato. I was experimenting with quark as a dressing, which worked really well.
