Have just read an article about additives and the consequence of eating multiple additives that are in food like crisps, fizzy drink and chocolate. I have looked in the fridge and am amazed at the additives in yoghurt and squash.
Can anyone recommend additive free squash and yoghurt?

Great additive free squash is Rocks. You can buy the blackcurrant, orange and lemon varieties in Tesco (in the organic section). Most healthfood shops will sell it as well.

Sorry , don't know about youghurts. Maybe buy plain and add your own fruit purees?

Thanxs! We do try to eat healthy with as much fresh fruit and veg but I hadn't thought about additives in squash or yoghurt- at least I now know where to start! Grin

Look out for the preservative sodium benzoate as well which can also make them hyper but is in lots of drinks.

Which supermarket do you get them from? I've got a booklet of 'god' foods and drinks so could look up what you're after if you like :)
