put a lime in your coke you nut

you need to punch 2 holes into it to release the milk .. then you just break the rest and eat with difficulty

this is why they sell coconut milk in cans

My Dad always used to drill through it a couple of times to get the milk out and then bashed it with the hammer!!

scrape away at one of the indents on the nut with knife. it takes a while but the milk is usually the nicest bit...
