I made some kebabs with some pork steaks and did a lovely marinade out of the dinnerlady cookbook

2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons of worcesthire sauce
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
1 tablespoon of soya sauce (i miss this out sometimes)
1/2 teaspoon mustard

mix it all up chuck in pork and leave in fridge for a couple of hours, it is yummy and you don't necessarily have to make kebabs I did it and had jacket tattie with sweetcorn mmmmmmm

We eat them quite alot in our house, a couple we regularly do,

Is shallow fry them and then broil them in gravy and serve with all the veg etc

Coat them in egg and then sesame seeds cook in the oven and serve with either chips or veggies.

marinade in orange juice, honey and mustard, then oven cook in the sauce.

I always do the same thing with them. Coat them in honey, then put a layer of mustard on and grill.

Grill, then when nearly done put cheese on top and slices of tomato then bung under grill again. Yummy with chips, jacket potato or salad and dead easy.
